The Challenge

The wedding was initially planned for approximately 80 guests at Nile Lily. Based on the expected attendance and the venue layout, the design concept was developed accordingly.

However, during the planning phase, the guest count increased significantly from 80 to 150 guests. This created a major challenge, as the bride's vision included a large wedding stage, a catwalk extending to the dance floor, and a spacious guest seating layout.

After reviewing the updated requirements, DIVA For Events advised the couple that Nile Lily would no longer provide the space needed to comfortably accommodate the new guest count while maintaining the desired wedding experience.

Our Solution

After evaluating several alternatives, we recommended relocating the wedding to Glass House at Association Orabi.

The new venue allowed us to:

• Accommodate 150 guests comfortably.

• Create a large dance floor and catwalk layout.

• Design an elevated wedding stage with better visibility.

• Improve guest circulation and seating comfort.

• Maintain the elegant atmosphere envisioned by the bride.
